We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join the Sales & Marketing team at our Vancouver head office. Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager, this role will play a supporting role in coordinating advertising for our existing portfolio and assisting with the execution of marketing programs for new development projects. What you are great at doing: 

- Assisting with general marketing administration including meeting preparation, deliveries, and site visits

- Ensuring suites are accurately and properly advertised and vacancy goals are met

- Overseeing and updating corporate and project website content

- Coordinating signage creation, installation, and updates

- Assisting with the set-up and marketing coordination for new lease up development projects

- Assisting with the coordination of marketing materials and rental office set up for new lease up developments

- Assisting with the implementation of online marketing strategies through rental advertising websites, social media accounts and email campaigns

- Researching and summarizing market trends and studying competitors market behavior and strategies

- Assisting with set up and lead management for upcoming developments

- Assisting marketing and leasing team with building launches, events, and move in coordination as required

What you need to be successful:

- Post-secondary education in marketing, real estate marketing, or a minimum of 1-3 years real estate marketing experience

- Proficiency in MS Office

- Exceptional attention to detail

- Enthusiastic team player and willingness to grow

- Detail-oriented, versatile, flexible and willing to work within constantly changing priorities

- Time management and organizational skills
