Accounts Payable Clerk

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Accounts Payable Clerk to join our head office support team. This role provides clerical entry level support to our collaborative and dynamic Accounting team. If you feel you have what it takes to provide our team with exceptional support that is second to none, and you are committed doing whatever it takes to deliver excellent Accounts Payable services to our Accounting team then we welcome your application.

What you are great at doing: 

- Timely and accurate processing of a large volume of invoices

- Processing expense reports

- Recording bank deposits daily as well as performing monthly bank reconciliations

- Following up on accounting statements and discrepancies

- Filing paid invoices and maintaining various excel files

- Supporting the Accounting Department by completing various daily administrative tasks

- Confidently working with various departments within the business

- Identifying information requirements to contribute to the smooth operation of the company


What you need to be successful: 

- Skillful in MS Office, MS Excel, MS Word

- Proactive, reliable, responsible, and accurate with excellent attention to detail.

- 1 to 2 year(s) accounts payable experience.

- Fluent in the English language, both written and verbal

- Familiar with PST and GST

- Enjoy working in a dynamic team environment
