Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join the marketing team at our Vancouver head office. Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible supporting the Sales and Marketing Manager by overseeing the advertising of the existing portfolio and with the execution of new development marketing. What you are great at doing:

- Overseeing and updating website content to ensure suites are accurately and properly advertised and vacancy goals are met

- Providing building performance and activity reports

- Coordinating signage creation, and coordinating installation and updates

- Assisting with general marketing administration including meeting preparation, deliveries, and site visits

- Assisting with the implementation of online marketing strategies through rental advertising websites, social media accounts, and email campaigns

- Assisting Sales and Marketing Manager in the execution of marketing and advertising strategies for new developments

- Researching and summarizing market trends and studying competitors market behaviour and strategies

- On occasion, assisting Leasing team with showings, building launches, and events

- Communicating clearly, both in writing and verbally, in order to convey innovative ideas, as well as to build trust and cultivate relationships with clients, coworkers, customers, and suppliers

- Working independently and as part of a team in a dynamic fast-paced environment

- Demonstrating a detailed, versatile, flexible skillset, and willing to work within constantly changing priorities

- Ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities accordingly

What you need to be successful:

- An education in marketing, real estate marketing, or a minimum of 1 - 3 years marketing experience

- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, MS office, and Outlook

- Real estate marketing experience is an asset

- Copywriting skills is an asset

- Experience in CRM systems is an asset
